A solid 4-1 win for the Swans away at the RAC last night.

Simpson led the way leaving Richard Winter questioning his fitness as he lay flat out by the RAC pool (3-0). Next on Jill faced an already warmed up Will Welton, each game gripped those watching from the balcony and went right to the wire. Jill was bamboozling poor 6 ft 4 Welton with her serve and were it not for a couple of close fought points here and there she would have got the ‘W’ (2-3). Spencer made light work of the uber keen Mohit who knows court 1 like the back of his hand (3-1). Bishop managed to persuade Morris that their game should count for an internal RAC tournament match … enough motivation for him to not let his usual 2 game lead on Morris slip away (3-0). And finally Eamonn made it a comprehensive Swans win taking down James Gardner in a match I did not manage to see 1 shot of disappointingly. I heard it was played in good spirits and JG was delighted to have given Eamonn a relative game (3-). 

Great company afterwards for post match sustenance which Callum very generously covered on his own account.
